I don't know why the item this is referring to but if it is the cabinets I bought they came in damaged. We have not received a response about what is gonna happen to make this good. Yells ordering system was great your timing was great everything about the program that y'all offer is great except the fact that I haven't got this resolved on the cases and I'm not gonna make a five star rating until I see it happen. Thank you

I received my item with missing pieces I called the company. That was supposed to send a replacement items the very next day it has been for 5 days I still haven't received my replacement item. Each time I called I spoke to two or three different people two people said it was on the truck the last person said it wasn't on the truck. It would be here the next day it did not item was a clothing rack. I am grateful for Terrera Williams she offered to call FedEx make sure that it was physically on the truck. She provided me with the tracking number. Not one of the customer service reps I spoke previously offered that. I find that you could send me a defective rack on time but can I send me a replacement right the very next day it was your error this is a bad review with the exception Tererra Williams!

Excellent shipping time but the screws to the legs of my order where not with the legs and I had to go purchase some from Home Depot and I still missing a black leg pc *2

More than half of my order got delivered to two different people in different states, so I had to have the entire order re-shipped. When it did arrive, the boxes were in terrible condition, they looked as if they had been tossed around quite a bit. In addition, one of my racks was sent with the incorrect hardware, and another was bent so badly that I had to hammer it into place to put it together. Also, the cobblestone boutique metal mannequin stands do not fit the mannequin dressforms, the dressform only comes down onto the pole about 1", and can't be forced down any farther, so they don't work together. This should be noted for customers when ordering.

Service was very good; shipping was quick and the items were well packed. A few of the earring stands were crooked and not glued well, but I had ordered a few extra so was okay for my show.

I am needing 2 inch dots for my job. I received .75 inch dots. I just would like a refund and to return the incorrect product. Otherwise, I had a good experience on the website.
