Not very happy, the shipment came separate and they forgot the screws to put the legs on the display rack, I had to go out and buy them...

Did not receive everything I ordered, very disappointing.

I find it funny I’m getting this survey, when I haven’t yet received my products. I ordered on April 29th and I called and was told my order wouldn’t even be ready to ship till June 10th. This is BEYOND ridiculous. Who can wait 40 days for products for the store? Your pricing is good. Though I am super unimpressed with how long things take. It’s always being blamed on Covid or that the machines broke when I call. After I receive my order I will sadly have to take my business to a more time efficient wholesaler.

The quality of the low density bags has definitely gone down. They were much thicker than they are now, which means we go through more than he had in the past.

I ordered t shirt bags, same kind I ordered in the past. These are very thin. You can almost see through them! Not happy with them at all.

Production time for costume bags takes way to long ! It should be 7-14 business days max for production. It’s been nearly a month and I still haven’t got my bags yet . Maybe they should consider hiring more staff or increasing capacity for production so it’s more time efficient for costumers .
