I placed the order and the shipping label was created. That's all I can write as it hasn't moved yet! :/

Havent received product yet after being lied to several times that it was being shipped. They make no effort to contact customer if something is backordered or if they need more info to process order. Just leave you hanging til you call them and then get more lies. Will never order from this company again!

paid 60.00 for next day and did not receive for 2 days!

My order still hasn't arrived, I never received any tracking information. I have not heard anything from the company

How can I give you feedback when I just ordered this item (today) and I won't have it until next week (freight)? If I rate it based on the website a 3 star...if I rate it on overall experience, including delivery, quality of item, issues, etc, and that you keep sending these out immediately...then it's a 1 star. This should be sent out after the product is received!

Had to place order twice because the first time it said it didn't go through. Both orders ended up going through and we only ended up with a partial refund. We are still short about $250.

For some reason this company is unable to attach a Tax Exempt form to your account. Other companies seem to be able to do it. Don't forget to put tax exempt in the notes. It's very hard to fix the issue.
