I rate your service 5 stars even thought the items were out of stock after I completed my order. I was initially called a couple of days after I placed my order that both items were out of stock and I said that this was ok as long as my order would be fulfilled. Two weeks later I received half of my order and when I called I was advised that the remaining items would be sent after they came in. Communicating with their service on order status has been very friendly and professional via phone and email and I look forward to receiving the remaining items which will probably be in the next 2-3 weeks.

Great product, fast shipping and great service

I rated 5 stars not due to a seamless experience, but due to how the problems were handled. When the order arrived only 1 bundle of the 10 peghook bags we were expecting arrived. I called customer support, explained the situation, and they had the remaining 9 bundles overnighted to us. Simply excellent handling.

Easy ordering, order processing is done in a timely manner and items always arrive in good condition.

I had no problem, everything was shipped as promised.

I was impressed with the expedited response of sending and receiving the item. It was VERY easy to assemble (no instructions necessary) and looks great for displaying. For shirts and tops, this works perfect, however I selected this bust for a graduation gown and regalia and it was just right. Price was very fair as well. Would purchase again!
