I am a repeat customer...have bought the metal hangers several times in the past. I really like the hangers and plan to buy more as the need arises for them. Was not happy with how they arrived in the box though. When not ordering by the "case", all of my hangers were just thrown in a large box and it took me nearly an hour to untangle all of them.

Good price and speedy delivery They way you packaged the two boxes together with the plastic straps produced cuts into the boxes and ruined a few jewelry kraft boxes. Maybe use tape or something that won't cut into the outer boxed.

These mesh grid panels are sturdy and robust. My only issue is that they were shipped in a very thin-walled box that did not protect the paint. We'll have to repaint them, but this is definitely the best price for mesh grid panels.

Had a problem, got it resolved have 1 item back ordered, but Missy 2 items and just need to know when they will ship. Can't use the grids without the clips

This was my first order with

A couple items I wanted to order were out of stock. Prices for the things I did order were great

The items arrived promptly but I got scarf hooks instead of swivel hooks. However the problem was handled professionally and quickly. The only other thing was that when the gondolas panels arrived, the box was ripped and opened on both ends. We had a bit of trouble putting it together which made us wonder if instructions were lost in transit. Also we only got 10 washers but should have had 20, also making us wonder if things were lost.

The price guns we have purchased in the past don't seem to hold up and sometimes malfunction soon after coming out of the box. After ordering it gives an approximate time how long it takes to arrive but when I track it through FedEx it takes them longer than what was told
