Been waiting 3 weeks for my order now. Placed my order on 9/30 and today 10/19 it still hasn't arrived. I called last week on 10/14 to get a status update on my order, and was told I'd get a call back with an update - still haven't heard back, but they sure did charge my credit card for the order! I ordered 1,000 custom printed necklace fold over tags - a repeat order I've purchased from them for years and never had this issue before. For this being Holiday season, it's unacceptable for my order to be this delayed. Just about every order I've ever placed from this supplier has arrived within literally 2-3 days, so I'm disappointed to say the least, additionally I'm officially out of necklace tags, which is holding up my business now! *** Wanted to Edit this review because right after I posted this, my package was delivered. Funny how that happens! I hate leaving bad reviews, but this instance just put me in a pickle running out of supplies needed. Store Supply is usually very quick with shipping!

Easy online purchasing.

usually i receive my order quickly but this time they did not have it in stock, I had to call to find out why I did not receive it. I should have been notified by E mail that it was going to take 2 weeks. The product was great as usual.

I ordered some jewelry boxes and they all came out dirty or stained from the front face, exactly where the ring is supposed to outstand. the rest of the items we're fabulous.

Got the replacement and the replacement was faulty, so I had to call and request a replacement for the replacement. Store Warehouse was excellent and fast to accommodate the problem with the issues. Thank you for helping dealing with the issues.

The 4 legs I received in the first shipment were packaged perfectly and the items arrived in flawless condition. The next shipment I received had 20 of the leg units in one box. The box was a mess, not packaged well at all and almost every one of the legs were scratched or nicked and 2 of the adjustable leg bottoms were bent. The third shipment contained the grid panels which arrived undamaged. It is a good product and a fair price but the packaging on the shipment of 20 legs was inadequate. Rack is not even so it’s not as sturdy as it should be, rocks a little

Tried out new bags hoping for something sturdier for heavier merchandise but the handle design isn’t great. The handles have a toggle that slips through a hole at the top of the bag and doesn’t fasten well and can easily slip out. We have to adjust the toggles to hope they stay put but still have to double bag on anything slightly heavy. Defeats the purpose for us and not what I was expecting for the price.
