First use of the pricing gun was not successful. On a run of plastic wire tabs, 20% were failures. I emailed your company about he problem asking for authorization and instructions for a return and never got a response. Please advise return instructions.

The pins I really needed were unavailable but I was not informed about this till after I placed my order. When I call about this the person I spoke to was very rude

First sandwich sign came all bent, chalk smashed and stuck all over sign. Quite the mess! Second sign was not dented, but box torn open and chalk everywhere! Wasn’t packed properly or heavy enough box.

Fedex is terrible. I had to go pick up my purchase at a store. It was 5 days late in getting here. I will not order again if fedex delivers. I am having this problem with all my orders being delivered by them. They are the most incompetent drivers and do not even attempt when their text messages say they do. I'm done with them.

We sincerely apologize for the experience that you're having with Fed Ex Delivery. They are our preferred carrier however there are ways to get your order shipped. If you order in the future, please indicate in the order notes that you would like for your order to ship some other way. We will make sure it ships out with a different carrier.

Our order was short items and damaged on some. I have pictures of the damage and they said they were going to replace...STILL WAITING. I would and will post pictures if possible. UPDATE: October 2, 2021. Store supply sent replacement for damages so I increased my rating From 1 star as I feel they deserve due to slow service. We will not make any further purchases from here.

There was no follow up with shipping notification after the order was placed. I had to call the customer service when the items were already delivered without my knowledge. Also for each of the slat grid, one screw was a trouble getting it in properly ughh

The grids panels came without the legs. I trusted the store to send everything and didn't open the package until the day of the event (yes, my fault for not looking earlier) but I was busy getting ready for the event

Thank you for writing a review regarding your experience with our company. Our wire grid panels are sold as a separate item from grid legs unless you order a grid screen which is a single panel with a pair of legs. We apologize for any confusion. In the future, if you need assistance before placing an order online, we do have live chat available during the daytime hours. Our live chat representatives can always help you with product questions or concerns.
