Very upset. Ordered three items only received two. Emailed the company to inform them our top hangers were not shipped but we paid for them. So we need to be either refunded or we need to receive the hangers and nobody has reached out or responded.

Normally I am happy with this product. This was a reorder. However, I still have not received my order and have been asked to fill out this survey. Not good business protocol.

I will not order from their website again. Took over a week to get an order to me....WITH me paying plenty of shipping $$. We are only 50 minutes away....a week shipping is ridiculous. I used to be a loyal customer, when my orders were received the next day. Not any more. And since I do not drive that way, I will continue to order online....with another company who has much better turn around time.

Both boxes were severely damaged Between both boxes I was able to put one hat rack together I will never order anything from you again

Placed order and items did not ship. I had to call and get the order released no one ever called or sent an email to notify us of an issue. Amazon could of had the product next day. I have been a customer for years and try to stay loyal to companies i purchase from however this seems to be a one way feeling.

I ordered a pack of asst size rings which should have been 36 pcs: 6 each of S-XL and blank, I only received 1 blank (35 pieces short). I emailed customer service and they said they remailed out the correct amount, so was thinking everything was fine. Alas, when I opened the second shipment, it was the same thing - just 1 blank hanger and all for $10! Can't even deal with this any longer, going somewhere else.

Product is great, pricing great but shipping with ontrac is the worst. I didn't receive my package on time, a re- placement order had to be sent out to the city where I was doing a show.
