The box came in a complete mess. An entire section of components was missing because the box had no structural integrity on one side. We did get replacement parts sent to us once we informed customer service. This is the 4th time we've ordered from your company and the box arrives about to completely disintegrate. I'm not sure if the problem is the boxes you ship it in or the delivery service you use. The item itself is great. Very sturdy and exactly what we needed.

I have only received 1 out of 2 products of my order. 1 of the items arrived 2 days after ordering. Hope to get the other soon.

I ordered a triangle rack and only 1 panel was sent. They did send the missing 2 panels. I also ordered several trays that needed an adapter for the wire rack but the listing failed to mention that the tray needed 2 adapters per tray and I only ordered 1 so now I need to order more adapters and pay more shipping for a separate order.

2 acrylic items for the stalwart came cracked and broken. will be mailed back today fir replacement. I anticipate you refund me the postage for return. slatwall hooks received are great

There was so much strange about this order. I ordered everything at once. I received a box of hangers that was around $50. Then I received the rest of my order. Part of my order was damaged in transit. I emailed and got an immediate response that it would be replaced. However, it hasn’t been replaced yet. On my credit card statement there were two separate transactions, one for $167.73 and one for $32.48. Then the company sent me an email saying I owed another $30.28. So I sent my order and my receipt and a copy of my credit card transaction and showed them I had paid for what I got and didn’t owe anything. Then they send me a copy of their records that show they reversed a charge and sent me back $32.49 for some unknown reason. And when I asked about why there were two transactions they told me it was because what was shipped first was charged first. But what was shipped was $54, not $32.48. So that didn’t make sense. And the reversal didn’t make sense. And not getting my replacement part yet doesn’t make sense. I wasn’t happy that I was told I owed money when they obviously messed up somewhere.

My order came very quickly and in perfect condition I ordered plastic bins for my wire racks that were displayed on the same page in the catalog and I thought they would fit the grid. They don’t fit the grid.

Ordered 5 cases...build quality can not withstand the shipping...2 of the 5 cases were not usable upon receipt.

I ordered one of these earring stands before and it was awesome. So, I ordered another one. If I had ordered this one first, I never would have re-ordered. It was broke (but fixable) when I got it and the quality in general is no where near as nice as the first one. And this one cost more (understandable). Just very disappointed this time around.
