StorelliReviews of storelli.com

Ottima azienda, servizio clienti super disponibile e prodotti fantastici.

Varen fejler intet. Super god kvalitet.

I'm updating my original 1-star review to reflect how Storelli handled the situation after I raised my concerns. My exchange experience was very poor. It took approximately six weeks to receive a replacement size despite the returned item having been delivered and documented. For a simple exchange, that timeline was unacceptable. However, Storelli subsequently reviewed the matter, acknowledged the failure, explained that they had worked with their warehouse team to improve the process, and offered a full refund as a goodwill gesture. Throughout those interactions they were courteous, transparent, and took responsibility for what went wrong. While the initial experience prevented this from being a 5-star review, I believe the company deserves credit for listening to feedback, owning the mistake, and making a genuine effort to put things right.

I have loved my Storellis! I have the turf burn leggings and used a couple variations of the shin guard sleeves and they've been great. The fit is awesome, the protection is for real, I've really taken to slide-tackling a lot lately and all of our games are on turf so there's a lot of risk for bloody knees and infection but since I invested in the turf burn leggings I haven't had any issues! I developed a small tear in one of the seams and they were quick to send a replacement! Can't recommend these guys enough.

I’m shocked by the other reviews on here! I ordered my daughter the pants and accidentally sent them to the wrong location (we moved). Their customer service went above and beyond to fix it and help me get her pants to the right location. Also, she LOVES the product. She plays club so her knees and hips take a beating over four games in one weekend. The pants are comfortable and protect exactly where she needs it. She is faster to respond and throw her body on the floor because she is confident the pants will take the brunt of the impact.

There was a slight delay but they offered a partial refund and a gift card. Great customer service and great gloves!

If i could give zero that’s what you would get! Absolutely useless costumer service, if you want to return anything that’s not going to happen. Not recommended

Do not buy from this company as it is a nightmare to even try and send the item back if it’s faulty or doesn’t fit . They won’t give you a return address or phone number for uk customers. They are an absolute joke
