Dont buy any Sony TVs. They seem to think paying thousands of dollars for their TV gives a permission to push adds in your face without permission. There are better options out there. Just as good and respect your home.

They never give your money back for anything, even if it was a mistake, despite every other major company giving your money back for mistakes. Predatory business practices.

Since I was a kid I always played on a Sony counsel... Four months going on 5 month later I still can’t even get my hands on a ps5 this is ridiculous. I think I’m done with handing your company my hard earned money. Sony doesn’t seem to care about the people. You knew this would be a high demand item and honestly your company pooped the bed.. I’m currently getting used to pc gameplay and honestly games and graphics are better anyways response times are better. Sony as long as you know your losing costumers by the day. Then good you guys deserve it for the frustration you cause..

Zero customer service cant talk to a human being be very careful if buying from these clowns

Defect on a 3,500 EUR HiFI device. After weeks of trying, a human contact... Comment? "The part number is printed on the Part, but unknown". "Just buy a new device!". Really? No problem! BUT CERTAINLY NEVER ANYTHING FROM SONY AGAIN!

As a gamer who has always purchased Sony Playstations and spent thousands on both games and consoles, the whole situation around PS5 is disgusting. I put my name don on a number of supplier sites ahead of the launch and not one offered me the console. I see lots for sale by individuals at very high prices. Are these people scalpers, or is this a poly by Sony to push the price up. It will be a long time before I buy Sony again. Sony you treated us all very badly and you deserve to fail over this.

I would like to say I wholeheartedly hate Sony more than anything else in the universe and I hope this company (not the employees but just the company) gets thrown in hell one day truly. They don’t care whatsoever about their customers, don’t buy any of their products.
