Ordered a CD in April due for May 26 release. Release date passed and nothing. Got an apology that they are behind on filling orders. Kept trying but got the same pat answer. Really frustrating.

Over the years I've purchased a lot from Rhino. If you bear in mind that they use terrible packaging and move at a snail's pace they're decent enough. They made up for all that by having outstanding customer service, nothing was too much trouble and they'd go out of their way to help. Not anymore. Last four orders all arrived damaged and sorting it out was a time-consuming nightmare. Do not recommend at all.

Extremely slow shipping. Preordered a box set and it still hasn't shipped 2 weeks after release date. No response to emails. Other retailers sell the same item for much less. Avoid.

Ordered a Christmas present for my brother on December 13th, didn't ship until December 24th, and didn't arrive until January 2nd. No tracking information the whole time and no email saying it was delivered either. Yeah, based on most other people's reviews of this site, I wouldn't recommend buying from them. They give automated support as well instead of human support.
