Rhino RecordsReviews of store.rhino.com

I placed an order last week for 7 records. 5 arrived a few days ago with two completely missing. They sent the rest out however today all of the records went on sale and they wouldnt even credit me the difference. Really disappointed in this company and will not order from them ever again.

This is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Their customer service is non existent. They ignore any emails I send and I have raised support tickets twice now and they simply do not respond. They have failed to deliver one of my items, it has not even been sent out and this is an item I ordered 2 months ago now. It is a shame as their products have generally been good. It is also a shame that they treat their customers so badly, especially UK based ones.

Sad to say, they scam.. Ordered 3 new vinyls, 1 already open ???(understood when I've listened the thing all cracks and pops). Another already open in a "DIG!" pouch ?????? and the 3rd was brand new (congrats ! ) WTF is this ? Prefer discogs if you want real offers on 2nd hand at good price and not at the price of a new one.....

Ordered a CD in April due for May 26 release. Release date passed and nothing. Got an apology that they are behind on filling orders. Kept trying but got the same pat answer. Really frustrating.

The Rhino website advertised 15% off items for Memorial Day 2026. I accepted the offer and placed an order using matching billing and shipping information. My order was immediately cancelled, with the reason: "Order was canceled because of unforeseen circumstances". They offered a discounted price and everytime I ordered the items at the discounted price they cancelled it. The items are now available for sale at full price. Whatever, the reason for cancelling my order, I contacted them and offered clarification and was ignored or given canned responses.

Over the years I've purchased a lot from Rhino. If you bear in mind that they use terrible packaging and move at a snail's pace they're decent enough. They made up for all that by having outstanding customer service, nothing was too much trouble and they'd go out of their way to help. Not anymore. Last four orders all arrived damaged and sorting it out was a time-consuming nightmare. Do not recommend at all.

I ordered 3 Records because the offered free shipping on orders over $100. Fast forward 8 weeks later and no records. E-mailed them and got a bot email with nothing but excuses as to why they haven't shipped, non of which applied to my order.

After an order confermation silence.. release date of record nothing about shipping, still says preparing after 3 weeks, no communication at all, tried to contact them (hard to find) standerd reply that it's busy and be patient....
