I ordered a garage control and usps delivered my package in the wrong mail box. The package was lost and usps woulnt help, but preferred doors took care of me and send me another control. I really appreciate the help and I'll be buying again.

Quick delivery and very good communication along the way. Product performed as advertised...highly recommend store.

Our opener came quickly and works well. It was also cheaper than we found locally.

My order was quick and I was kept informed of the shipping status.

From the time I placed my order until the time it arrived, I knew what was happening. Product arrived when I was told and was what I had ordered.

Arrived when expected. Easy to program on my Overhead brand opener. It worked right away. Checked it at different ranges. It even opened at the street level about 15 ft away. Ordered another one.

I was blown away by the communication they provided throughout the process. The parts showed up as expected and worked flawlessly. All in all, they provided great customer service and I will buy from them again.
