The "professionals" did not install my Craftsman garage door opener correctly. At Preferred Doors I was able to purchase good quality replacement parts to fix the foulup. Wish I could get the belt for 8' door for less than $50.00 since the entire Conversion Kit at Sears is 49.99. If I had to do it over again I'd buy a Champion garage door opener not a Sears.
