Ordering was easy. Pr. Dr. kept us up to date on the shipping status. Item arrived as expected. No problems.

I received my order sooner than expected.

Works great thanks

great service and very good value with their parts assortment.

My wife backed out if the garage, before the door fully opened and caught the door handle on the hatch back of the SUV. Which caused the carriage to break on the opener. I got online and searched around for parts and Preferred Doors had the part in stock and much cheaper then anywhere else I could find. Made the order and the carriage was shipped and T my door in 5 days. Thank you Preferred Doors for the fast shipping and great service. If I ever need opener or door parts again, I'll be checking with you first.

Very quick delivery! Part is exactly as described. Thank you!

They had exactly what I needed and got it to me fast. Great prices and service. Thank you, Preferred Doors.
