Great web site. Easy to order! Ordered two extra parts that were recommended. Spent about $30 and avoided a $500 bill to replace our garage door opener. Used all the parts, opener works great. Your company contacted me every day to update the shipping status! Parts came very quickly. Terrific experience. I taped your web site to the opener!

Took 8 days to get my order. What I ordered was small and light enough to fit in a normal letter envelope. Item was what I needed. But took so long, I ended up at sears service and bought one there. So I use my garage door.
