Nine days since ordering and paying and …
Nine days since ordering and paying and have not received.; When tracking it, USPS says, "currently awaiting package". Fed Ex is not in their system. So, how do I give a rating when I have not received the opener? Preferred Doors, LLC just told me to track it at "UPS'. com. Funny thing is the tracking number you gave me is NOT a UPS tracking number(I'm a 28 year UPS employee so I guess I know thew dofference!!!!), it is a USPS tracking number!!!!!! So you're right, there is one in every crowd(YOU!!!)

Garage door remote
Purchasing experience is excellent! Garage door remote works very well. Only concern is Preferred Doors did not return my email about questioning the remote I wanted purchase.
