Preferred Doors, LLCReviews of store.preferreddoorservice.com

Excellent seller, very fast the delivery

Great service as advertised.

Just what was needed

Greatest customer service, fastest delivery!!!

Right part. Quick delivery. Saved me a ton of money versus the quote I got from the local door service company.

It was a great price. It was fast free shipping. The selection was great. If I need anything for my garage doors, I will go to Preferred Doors, LLC first.

Very SLOW shipping. After 5 days from the day I received a notice from the post office stating they are waiting for the item to be received by the post office. I emailed customer service and was told the item had been shipped. I was sent me the same tracking number I already had. I checked the tracking number and it had still not showing up at the postoffice. I emailed again and was told that it is on its way and it had been sent 5 days earlier. Emailed again they told me that it had been sent earlier. I checked the tracking number again and found out that it had been delivered to the post office about an hour after my emails. Do not care for their customer service at all. No apologies no comments from them.

Great response. Excellent product for a reasonable price.
