Took my money and never shipped my order!!!
I ordered merch from Niall’s official website. I placed my order to receive in time for Christmas and according to the website I also ordered I time for Christmas delivery and even paid extra shipping to make sure it would arrive before Christmas. I placed the order on 12/12/23, shipping label was created on 12/19/23. I never received my items before Christmas. Customer service has been a complete nightmare to deal with. They are giving me the run around. I have received emails from 4 different people and they keep telling me to check my tracking number. All the tracking states is the package has not been received by UPS yet. When I inform them of that I get ghosted every time with no further help. I have asked for a refund due to the terrible communication and ghosted again. No help and it’s almost been 4 weeks. It’s really sad and disappointing that I am going to have to dispute this with my credit card company, with this being from such a big and reputable super stars website. Not to mention the disappointment from my daughter that she did not receive her gift from one of her favorite singers.
