I ordered an office chair on 8/20/26. I contact the company before it arrived letting them know I had changed my mind. The chair arrived on 8/26/26. After several phone calls and emails almost daily as of Oct 12th 2026, The chair is still at my house inbox waiting on their approval to return it. I think if a company is not willing to honor its very own return policy that speaks volume for the establishment and the quality of their products.

A horrible experience
A horrible experience. Chair is missing parts, weak instructions, no customer service, I want to return the chair hopefully Paypal can help me. I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased this expensive chair. I'm surprised Amazon will sell theur products....

Worst customer service I have ever…
Worst customer service I have ever received. They never answer phones, and emails are answered hardly at all. I contacted them the next day after receiving chair about a defect and I wanted to return the item. All I've gotten since then is a runaround . Nobody will tell me where to ship the chair back - this is after I volunteered to pay for shipping even though the chair is defective.

A defective product with multiple issues.
You can improve by following my multiple requests for a return prepaid shipping label and a full refund.
This chair is useless because of misrepresented advertisements, non-compatible electrical connections and a frozen control.

Safety Hazard, Deceptive Warranty, and Bait-and-Switch Practices
I am sharing this to warn others about the business practices at Kinnls. In late 2023, I spent $2,600 on Kinnls chairs, a decision heavily influenced by their marketed 10-year warranty.
The Bait-and-Switch:
My order confirmation clearly shows I purchased the Evan Massage Office Chair 3.0. However, the chair delivered was actually a 2.0 model. I discovered this only after the chair failed and support identified it as the older, discontinued version.
The Product Failure:
Just over two years into ownership, the Evan chair suffered a severe structural failure. The metal frame deformed, causing the chair to violently snap out of the "locked" position and pitch backward under normal pressure. It is now a serious safety hazard.
The Warranty Breach:
Kinnls reviewed the photos and acknowledged the defect. However, despite the "10-year warranty" that induced my purchase, they refused a no-cost replacement. Instead, they attempted to extract another $600 from me for a manufacturing failure they already admitted was their fault.
The "Sitting Subscription":
A premium chair should amortize to ~$100/year over a decade. By refusing to stand behind their product after only 2 years, Kinnls has turned a premium purchase into a more than $500/year "sitting subscription."
Action Taken:
After a month of unproductive engagement with Kinnls support, I am sharing this review on consumer platforms and am in the process of filing formal complaints regarding these deceptive and fraudulent practices with the Texas Attorney General and the FTC.
Buyer Beware: Do not trust the Kinnls 10-year warranty or the model descriptions on their site. Based on my experience, Kinnls does not deliver what you order and does not honor the promises they make to get your money.

Overpriced Chair & Even Worse Support
I work from home and have a chronic back condition, so my husband gifted me a Kinnls chair for Christmas. While the chair looks elegant, the quality is purely superficial.
From day one, the height adjustment mechanism was faulty. Instead of offering a replacement or a professional repair for a brand-new $1,000 product, customer service gave me the runaround for two weeks before sending DIY instructions for me to fix it myself. After multiple back-and-forth exchanges, I managed to get the height working, only to discover the reclining lever was also defective.
Once again, their solution was to send me "how-to" photos. Even after following their guide, the chair will not stay locked in a reclined position. It is unacceptable for a premium-priced brand to offload their quality control issues onto the customer. Save your money and buy from a company that actually stands behind its craftsmanship.

Kinnls Scams C.
This place is purely a scam
This place is purely a scam. You will receive a chair, but expect to be surprised by the quality, or lack thereof. And once your chair starts falling apart within a year, which it will, then you will receive no warranty support whatsoever. Despite anything on their website that might suggest otherwise, you will NOT receive any warranty support. This company will attempt to extort you for HUNDREDS of dollars additional before any 'warranty coverage' will begin. Expect to chargeback, if any issues at all should surface. That's what we had to do. Kinnls may not be wanting to refund or support their products, but your bank or credit card will have zero problem instantly refunding your money and fighting these scammers. Enough chargebacks, and the payment processors will drop Kinnls for good. That's the only solution here. Avoid this company like the plague. If you do get swindled, be prepared to chargeback!!!!

Your chair will be in the garbage in…
Your chair will be in the garbage in less than 3 months. You might spend 5 years contacting their customer service team but no one will ever answer you. Buy a Herman Miller Chair and give KINNLS the maximum middle finger possibly possible.
