The online Help was wonderful and very fast and accurate and helpful. It was a great relief that my problem was instantly taken care of, and it was my own mistake, and everything is working perfectly. That gives me confidence to think about getting another InMotion EUC, since I have only a small introductory model for now! The EUC works great and the app also works well with it.

I bought a second hand Inmotion RS from a seller on Facebook Marketplace. Unfortunately the seller was not able to assist me with transferring ownership on the Inmotion app due to being unable to access the account. I contacted customer service about this issue. They requested information from me to prove I purchased the scooter. After providing all the necessary information to customer service they were able fix the issue within 24 hours.
