I needed a replacement motor for my scooter but I’m not based in the US so the inmotionworld site would not let me check out. I contacted support who put together a custom invoice (with very reasonable shipping) to get the part to me anyway. The customer support team was awesome to deal with the entire time and really helped me out.

I've been riding my unicycle for 2 years, and my v12pro has been nothing but fun and reliable, today I took the leap and decided to order my v13, I'm impressed by the company, and as a 300lb rider, these wheels are not only amazing, but they're built like tanks with a powerhouse motor. Enough about the wheels, the customer service has been responsive and great to work with.
