The fact that the company continued to support me to resolve the issue I was having with my Scooter. I was getting frustrated with getting my scooter up and running to its maximum. We went back and forth by e -mail trouble shooting the issue and finally resolved it. Thank you so very much for staying with me for a couple of days back and forth to resolve the problem. I am greatly impressed.

I am very satisfied with the support I received from INMOTION. John was very helpful, professional, and clear throughout the process. He explained the issue with my V13 and the diagnosis from the engineers, and he was transparent about the current availability of the replacement Main Board. I really appreciate the quality of the communication and the support provided.

Although the number that is posted is for presale only that did not stop the service rep to help me at all. I felt important because most companies either transfer the call to the right department or tell you, you must email the correct department as specified. Just off of that experience I’m satisfied with this company.
