INMOTIONReviews of store.inmotionworld.com

I recently upgraded to the InMotion V14, and I’m absolutely thrilled with my decision! The ride is incredibly smooth thanks to its advanced suspension system, easily absorbing bumps and uneven surfaces. The powerful motor makes every hill a breeze, and I can cruise at high speeds without feeling any strain. I love the long battery life, which gives me the confidence to go on long rides without worrying about running out of charge. The V14 is also built like a tank – sturdy, durable, and ready for any terrain. Whether you’re commuting or hitting the trails, this unicycle delivers exceptional performance. Highly recommend the V14 for anyone looking to take their ride to the next level!

I’ve had a great experience with INMOTION and their products. From the moment I placed my order, their customer service team has been responsive, patient, and professional—always willing to help with any questions or issues I had. Their products are top-quality, thoughtfully engineered, and built to last. Whether you're new to electric unicycles or a seasoned rider, you can feel the difference in the design and performance. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable performance and solid after-sales service. Keep it up, INMOTION!

INMOTION has great customer service thus far. Mind you I understand that the product I’ve purchased from them is cutting edge technology within its niche so understand there are going to be potential problems. It seems that INMOTION understands that as well and has backed up their product with the service it would require to maintain a solid customer loyalty base. It is obvious they take safety and quality very seriously. Will continue to buy current and future EUCs from them!

Great product, bought the Air Pro, good power and smooth ride

Had a problem with a payment app. The Klarna app. I couldn't resolve my issue with Klarna, Inmotion paused my order until I resolved the problem and allowed me to do a reorder with a different payment / credit card. Great customer service. I was also able to actually talk to customer service representative. They then cancelled my pending Klarna order. Klarna wouldn't change my purchase choice.

INMOTION’s customer service is Awesome!I had a situation were I ordered one their EUC’s a week ago for a really good price so excited,However upon check my order status via their website I noticed that that EUC was again marked down to a even lower price than what I paid,So I reached out to them to express my concerns about it because I didn’t understand why in such a short period of time and that I was disappointed, within no time I got a response from them expressing to me they were sorry that that happened to me and that priced can fluctuate from time to time. So to make things right they offered to throw in some accessories to make things right which made me feel at ease,I really appreciate how they handled the situation, it showed me that their not just a company that’s only interested in making a sale, But they actually do care about the people/customers that purchase their products. That type of customer service is priceless!Thank you so much for being so understanding I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get into the The World of EUC riding to work with this company. My experience has been great

Inmotion went Above and Beyond to accommodate my need & get my V12Pro order put together. Thanks for the friendly & prompt customer service & support.

I bought 2 V5s for me and my son to learn to ride together. On one of our outings, I rode onto some loose gravel and my tires sunk in, after losing balance, I found that a small rock had lodged inside my wheel. Long story short, it fried my board. I contacted inmotion support, provided my information. Initially, they decided it was not covered by warranty because it was not their fault a pebble but after I expressed my disappointment, I was very surprised to hear back from them, they decided to send me the part for free! Now we're back up and running. I'll be buying my next wheel with inmotion because of this experience. Thank you!
