I can’t speak highly enough of InMotion Scooters — not only is the product top-tier in terms of performance and build quality, but the customer service experience has been absolutely outstanding. Unfortunately, my InMotion scooter was recently stolen. However, as soon as I contacted the support team, they acted swiftly and remotely disabled the scooter, rendering it completely unusable to whoever took it. Thanks to this feature, the scooter is now essentially a boat anchor — useless to anyone but me. It’s incredibly reassuring to know that InMotion stands by its customers, not just in terms of tech innovation, but also through real-world support when it truly counts. Their rapid response gave me peace of mind in an otherwise frustrating situation. Highly recommend the brand — not just for the scooter itself, but for the safety, security, and customer care that comes with it.

We placed our order and within 5 days our Inmotion V6 was at the door! 10/10 I will recommend Inmotion products for kids and adults! We now own a V10F, a V9, an E20, and a V6! I love all of them!

I purchased the inmotion v14. The wheel has been absolutely amazing. Great design both physically and while connected to inmotion app. This has definitely a purchase that was extremely worth it. Customer service has also been 10/10. I had a question regarding a firmware update over the weekend, and to my surprise I had recieved a reply on Sunday, with a follow-up response on Monday that they sent a firmware update directly to my wheel by serial number. It was very quick and easy to turn on my app and click update. I continue to be impressed with this company and due to my experience I am happy to reccomend them to anyone that shows interest in my wheel while they see me riding around.
