I experienced issues with both the main board and driver board on my Inmotion V11. Since general support and certain spare parts are difficult to obtain in Germany, I reached out to Inmotion US support—and they did an outstanding job assisting me. They guided me step by step through the process of identifying the faulty components and carefully verified the diagnosis. After that, I received a fair offer for the spare parts, which were shipped safely to Germany within about 2–3 weeks. Inmotion also provided two instructional videos showing how to replace the defective parts. It took some time and effort, but it was absolutely worth it—my V11 is running perfectly again. Above all, I want to highlight their quick response times and genuine commitment to solving any problem.

I recently took advantage of the Inmotion trade in program to get a V14. Even though some things had to be verified and then re-verified it was a very easy, very positive experience. After dropping of my trade in the new V14 was at my doorsteps in 3 days. In comparison I placed an order with Begode around the same day and the entire experience with them has been negative so far. So that's the difference between to EUC companies. Inmotion - very good customer service with excellent communication and very positive purchase experience

INMOTION does not sell to Canada. Yet because I needed a part for my v14 , they decided to help me out, can not thank INMOTION enough for helping, you guys are way cool
