I purchased a seat for V13 before actually having the wheel. When the deal fell through I was forced to cancel the order. John at Inmotion was very understanding and did everything possible to help me find a resolution. In the end I bought some V14 pads and can honestly say, he and Inmotion truly care about making their customers happy 😃!

The team responded well and took care of my problem. The only thing I would change is to have the same agent follow up. I had to repeat my S# and Order# a few times.

I have really no complaints. The reply was fast and very helpful and helped perfect to get my wheel fixed.
