Joshua W is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the technical side of my website. He explains things in a way that’s easy to understand, is always helpful, and makes sure everything works the way it should. Working with him has made managing my site much less stressful.

It was ok,rather unusual

I dropped my P6 loading it into my car, causing technical issues. I went through the emotion app for technical support. They responded immediately, and I was up and running in no time great experience.

We got the climber as a Christmas gift for our son, and he was thrilled. I was looking for something built sturdy. Didn't want any speed wobbles or shoddy craftsmanship, and someone directed me to the climber. So far with ~100 miles on it already, it's been great. I've tested it a few times, and have no worries about it's build quality (And I'm a picky mountain bike rider). The app works well, it has plenty of power (too much for him on the high setting, so we keep it on low until he's ready), and it feels like something that could last him into college since the battery system has a BMS. Great job to the Inmotion team for this build. I rarely write reviews, but you all earned it. Keep it up!
