Excellent service and repair experience. Communication was quick, friendly, and professional. I am very satisfied with both the support and the product, and I would happily recommend HiBy to everyone. The sound quality is outstanding — and I am quite picky when it comes to audio. The design is beautiful, and the price-performance ratio is excellent. I came from Sony and Cowon, but now I am truly Happy with my HiBy. :-) Best regards from Switzerland.
