I placed an order for a product that was in stock, and shipping from the USA warehouse. Five days have passed, so I emailed them for an update, and now the website says "Pre-Order". I have emailed them to send whatever color they have in stock or refund me. I will update the review when I hear from them. UPDATE: I received an email saying that the product I ordered was a "New Item" which was NOT true, and that it would be shipped in 1-2 business days. It's now been 5 days, and the tracking number only says "Pre-Shipment information received, awaiting item" I would bet my left foot that they're waiting for a shipment from China to their warehouse, then shipping it to me. The item is NOT a new item, and the website said "IN STOCK AT USA WAREHOUSE" It's now been 10 days since I placed this order, and the item hasn't even shipped yet. The worst part is that by them creating a shipping label without actually shipping the item, they effectively trapped me into a situation where I can't even asked for a refund, or to cancel the order because by their definition, the item has technically been "shipped" DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I was a little disappointed that it didn’t include batteries, but the device is pretty amazing 🤩. I still need to learn its features, and I need to find a juice that I like.

Thank you for your feedback! Regarding Batteries: As stated in our product listing, the Aegis Legend 5 kit does not come with batteries included. Specification: External Dual 18650 batteries (not included). Purchase: We do not sell batteries directly, but they are readily available for purchase locally or online. Important Note: Please ensure the batteries have a flat top (flat surface on both ends). This is required to ensure the battery door closes properly. Regarding E-liquids: The Aegis Legend 5 is compatible with a variety of e-liquids, including both freebase and salt nicotine options.😊

This is a AAAA store!! When I ordered my devices, I didn't think about the "pre-order " taking a month to get here. I emailed Geekvape about it taking so long. They quickly replied and offered me one that was in stock. Different model, but better model. Didn't even charge me for the difference!! I am telling you, ORDER FROM THEM!!
