Amateur Hour Ordered on November 22, 2019. Got shipping confirmation on December 10, 2019. 18 days to get shipping confirmation gets you one star. You charged $18 shipping on a $15 part. I think you screwed me on shipping.

We are sorry there was a problem with your order. It was ordered at midnight on the 23rd and the manufacture was backordered your license plate box and had not informed us until the order shipped. Please accept our sincere apology as we strive for customer service. Our customer service department has emailed you also. On the shipping there is not much we can do about USPS or UPS pricing. A large box on USPS is $19.95 flat rate and on UPS it is just over $18.00. Our shipping software syncs with UPS directly to get our customer the best price possiable. We are sorry for the problem and hope we can earn your business again.

Shipping process is a little slow. Great customer service though. Very friendly. Parts were wrapped well to protect the painted finish

Samuel, Thank you for your 5 star review. Unfortunatly on your 89-97 Ford Ranger Dream Beams the manufacture was backed up on manufacturing.. Thank you for your understanding on this. With some parts we cannot control what a manufacture reports in stock and actually has.. Ginger said you were also a wonderful customer to work with. Please keep us in mind for future purchases we would love to continue earning your business. 317-856-1810
