we received your review. Thank you! We are concerned with your experience with the airline. We only sell new never used airline. Can you please contact us with photos of the problem you had so we can figure out what could of happened or if it was marks from the air line counter.

We reviewed your one star rating and we are sorry for the bad experience. Unfortunatly we do not control the price of shipping. Living in Hawaii you are aware of the high prices UPS and other Carriers charges to deliver product to you. That high price on shipping works both ways from Hawaii and back to continental USA. When the restock fee was figured it was unfortunatly 45% of the total order. We are sorry you had a bad experience hopefully in the future we can earn your business again.

We reviewed you one star rating and this was not an auction item. The item was listed for sale and the part was obviously a upload error onto ebay from our store with the price of only a single item and not the two pack . In good faith immediately after discovering the upload error the store manager contacted you and offered the product at our dead cost to you. You declined the offer and we canceled the order. Unfortunatly we cannot take such large loss due to an upload error between ebay and 3rd party software.
