Update to "Be wary of this vendor"
So, we are up to 3 stars. They did finally replace the dry rotted filter they sold me. That said, I waited a couple of months. The entire time the unsaid suggestion was that I either did something wrong or was cheating them since it was impossible either they or their vendor made an error. I found that infuriating. I get that some take advantage of vendors, which is a shame & hurts us all. Original review is below: Be wary of this vendor. Purchased a filter. Did not need it right away & did not install it immediately. When I did it was completely dry rotted & fell apart very quickly. Most likely this item was on their shelf for several years. I asked for a replacement. Their answer was to request pictures, etc., & they would request a replacement from the vendor (really??). Not surprisingly, they have not even had the courtesy to reply after a month. So, they sold me junk & blamed the manufacturer instead of standing by their products.
