Disappointed in the quality
When I received the product I ordered, I had to strain it through a paint strainer to get rid of what looked like mold or mildew growing in the 5 gallon bucket of stone sealer. This created a lot of extra work and made me question the quality control in place at Stone Technologies. Being an Organic Chemist, this gives me great concerns before ordering any more products.

Dear Mr Ware. I read your review on Trustpilot and was extremely concerned. I am surprised that you did not contact us when the incident occurred as we have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee which offers either a replacement of the product or a full refund. We also offer full technical support to troubleshoot problems like these. This is the first case that I have ever heard of in over 20 years of mildew/mold growing in one of our sealer products. However, I realize that anything is possible and bacterial contamination could have somehow been introduced into the product. Although this incident occurred approximately 8 months ago and I am sure that you have probably used all of the product by now, I would still like to reach out to you and offer a full refund of your purchase price to compensate you for the extra work that was created for you.
