Horrible product. Tires one year later still stick to the garage floor. Worst purchase ever!

I place an order for a sample of their concrete sealer and paid the $11.99 for shipping. I received a receipt from PayPal. Their website shows 4 day shipping to my state. When the delivery didn't come, I started to call to find the staus. I called several of their numbers on their website. I called for three days and never did anyone answer. I also left my name and number and their message says someone will "get right back to you". Never happened. One week later I had not received the product, no correspondence from the company, and no tracking information. I filed a claim with PayPal and within one hour I had a response and a refund, stating they were waiting on a delivery of sample bottles. Amazing. Notification sent to me would have been nice. They have no idea how this has hindered my project.

HI Karen The website clearly stated that during the period June 13th to June 29th, 2018 due to a partial summer shut down there would be no shipments of samples and limited customer service. While I empathize with the inconvenience this may have caused you the information was clearly available on the website prior to you placing the order on June 14th 2018. Regards Michael Parry President
