Run!! Find a trustworthy company to help you! This company is a scam, real fast to take your money, and offer you a website and all the things. The website the presented was total garbage. AI can build you a better web page. read deep into their fees and refund policy. they try to hide it and don't walk you through it, but they will make money off every one of the calls and text you receive through the app the want you to download for leads.

It seems like ANY negative review that comes through, they respond with "we cannot find anyone named xxxxxx" I can assure you that I am a real human and before they attempt that line, The name of the rep i dealt with for three months is B F. (this company got a little pissy when I posted the actual name to prove I was a real customer so i had to delete the actual name) Moving on. Heres an exact copy and paste of the email I sent to their employee, my rep to cancel.. (gives context) "When we were initially on boarded, we paid a quarter in advance to save money on some type of upfront cost. Upon renewal, I instructed BF verbally as well as via email that we wanted to switch to monthly billing because to be honest, by now, I am frustrated with several things. In case you care, here are a list of those things; 1. My app is glitchy as hell. I had calls with my rep about this and he blamed it on verizon. I went to verizon and they literally laughed and said, that would be the same as blaming the internet connection because an email server isn't operating properly. If software is having issues, its the software, not the cell provider. On this same topic, none of the "leads" are emailed anymore to the mail email box like they used to be either. For some reason, that just stopped. 2. Getting website changes has been a nightmare. Take for example right now. On the front page, there are three extra "buttons" to the left of the "Get a free quote' box. I specifically asked my rep that those three buttons be "Click to schedule service" "Explore Financing" and the third one to be labelled "(our promotion website)" as we promote our free system refund program. If you look at the website, that's not done. 3. I cannot attribute one single dollar earned in the last three months to Stone Systems. We are not a new company and anytime someone filled out the "get an estimate" tab, it was referred customers or existing customers. All I can attribute to Stone systems, is problems and poor communication. 4. As of now, we were NOT moved to monthly billing and customers are unable to click "get a free quote" and have anything pass through to my very glitchy app. _____________ TO which his answer was... "It would be my pleasure to cancel you." Cool! But typically businesses want to fix their errors instead of throwing in the towel. Ok... Cue the response from Stone Systems blaming me or not recognizing me as a customer at all...
