The experience I had after I had a minor problem was addressed, and very quickly resolved to my satisfaction. As I said, the problem arose over the weekend and was formally brought to Stock Navigators administration on Monday and was resolved on Wednesday. Tiffany was an intragal part of satisfying the discrepancy. I am looking forward to working with Stock Navigators in the future.

Well, joining the Stock Navigators family is the best decision I've ever taken. The team work so hard to help us learn the trading process step by step from first day and everyday after. I feel that they care about our improvement so much, they doing everything they can on their side and of course the rest it is up to us to take advantage of it. I know it is not so easy like nothing in life is but with hard work everyday I'm sure I'll get my goals accomplished sooner or later. The instructors are very knowledgeable. I am learning how to trade effectively. I only knew a little bit about trading. When I make mistakes, the coaches tell me why I made those mistakes. They are assisting me in my trading plan. I did not have knowledge about a trading plan. I am gaining knowledge everyday. I am learning that no question is a stupid question because I am learning.

I have been a member with SN since November 2024. I recently noticed some negitave reviews and can definitely relate to a few of the grievances mentioned. But overall if I had to do it over again I would not hesitate. Trading has always been a dream of mine. I really wanted to learn about the market and how it behaves. Over my two plus years I've learned alot and didn't come into this program believing things were going to happen overnight. I went through the coursework and thought I was ready to start making some serious money only to realize it takes time to get to that point. You are taught when you trade you will lose and you will win. You learn to plan, be patient and enjoy success. This is the greatest group of people I could be affiliated with! The instructor's are very knowledgeable and past that knowledge to us as students. Constantly learning everyday! Thank Tom, Cleve and Vu for all you do!

I joined Stock Navigators in October 2025 with ZERO BACKGROUND in market trading. Six months later, I can confidently say this program is the real deal. WHAT SETS THEM APART: HONESTY: This is not a "get rich quick" scheme. Stock Navigators is an amazing, comprehensive program. My husband joined first, and about a year later I followed along. We were both completely new to the trading world and were yearning for financial freedom. This program is not a get‑rich‑quick scheme — it’s designed to truly teach you the ins and outs of trading. The lessons help you understand the why behind every move, and the coaches can back up their teachings with real results. The instructors dive deep into technical analysis so that, one day, you can confidently trade on your own. But this is more than just an educational program — it’s truly a family. We love being able to celebrate the ups and downs with others who are walking the same path. Cleve is an incredible teacher who genuinely cares about each student’s success. We feel so lucky to have found Stock Navigators and are thrilled to be part of such an inspiring and supportive community.

I wish I had done more market research before spending $6000 on SN. They are the most expensive program I have yet to see, and they don’t even allow you to access the information or community after a year without coughing up more money. Which is crazy, considering the majority of traders don’t become profitable until at least 3 or more years of trading. In fact, one of their “coaches” told me that during a “coaching call” which turned out to be a high pressured sales call to get me to spend thousands more on livestreams while I was only half way through the program. SN did give me some extra time with the program after I had a baby, but it still wasn’t enough. The instructors, Tom and Cleve, certainly devote a lot of time to coaching calls, livestreams, etc, however, even after watching all the modules and taking advantage of all the content, I don’t recall being shown their entries/exits, position sizes, etc and was still left without a clear strategy or “edge”. And when I first purchased the SN program for $6000, they really made it seem like being profitable in the first year was possible. I don’t think they realistically let people know just how difficult trading is and how much you can expect to lose in the beginning. I know for a fact that their student highlights do not honestly showcase what the students actually lost in relation to what they also made. And at that price, you don’t even get a single 1 on 1 session with an instructor, and the group coaching calls didn’t always fit my schedule. It’s also hard for someone like myself to participate in group settings when learning a brand new skill. I have since come across dozens and dozens of other trading communities and mentors that are way more reasonably priced, you can pay low monthly subscriptions, and they teach the exact same concepts and will actually tell you where to enter and exit, how to position size, etc. and they don’t charge extra thousands for livestreams like SN does. But I can’t afford those, because I am still paying off the SN program. I was a bit sale pressured to take out a loan to pay for SN with a company called Upgrade, with the hope and expectation that it would be made back with the trading skills learned. I have found that to not be the case. I am still struggling to pay off that loan, and I am on the charts everyday with a prop firm and haven’t been profitable or made a payout yet. SN is a very nice community and decent program, but is unbelievably overpriced compared to what is available and I am kicking myself that I didn’t do more market research before going with them. *Update.. after writing this review, I reached out to SN per their response. I spoke to Tiffany, the daughter of Tom. After speaking with her, I change my review down to 1 star. She compared me writing this review to an ex girlfriend going online to complain about her relationship. It was bizarre to conflate the two. What was even more insulting was she claimed to have called Upgrade, the loan company that their sales rep pressured me into using, and claimed that she tried to get them to cancel my loan, but they wouldn’t give her my personal information. They are a financial institution..why would they do that? Lol. She then expected me to be grateful that she did that. It was so weird and felt so manipulative. A respectful business owner would just give a fair partial refund, instead of what she did. The Luongs are millionaires and don’t need to be scamming people for their now $7000 antiquated program. I swear there are so many more mentors out there that charge a fraction and actually show you how to have an edge in the market. Stock Navigators is a joke.
