excellent charts...at my fingertips for two decades

A good service. Easy to use and understand.

Stockcharts Sharpcharts-Tool and the scan workbench are a powerful tools to track the market, its conditions today and in the past. I'm using Stockchart everyday for more than three years and have no plans to stop doing it. Articles of Mr. Pring are helping me to understand the markets better and so I can follow the right signals. Support is fast, friendly and reachable. But you have to update and study your chart and chart-annotations by yourself to get professional. You can only do it by yourself.

The Classic format gives me everything I need.

The most recent upgrade to HD charts is nice & helpful, especially for the elderly users as we don't need to use reading glasses anymore to see fine charting However the cost structure is damaging for the LONGTERM users. I have been a user here for 17 years now and have never seen any "Special" cost savings package for the Long Term user. Sure you have specials for 1 year terms but that is more a "Cash Flow" generator for StockCharts than an actual savings for a long term user as our up front cost now jump over a stable Monthly fee. I would like to see some effort put towards rewarding the LT user, perhaps a % rebate when you reach a 10 yr or 15 yr level. Something that shows me I am a valued customer.

Extremely speedy and useful response to a technical issue I was having with a particular feature

I can build and save my own custom charts easily. The many features make backtesting any hypotheses I've come up with possible. Some of my favorite features are the RSI, performance rank (SCTR), customizable stock scans, and moving averages. I have become a much more confident and successful investor using these.
