For the SCRT
For the SCRT, I don't see the purpose of separating them into Large, Medium, Small, Toronto, and other categories. It would save a lot of clicking, if they were just under one category.....All.

Really like the charting capabilities, but need better business information these days…
I really like the charting capabilities of the product, although am going to different services now for graphical indicators such as earnings, PE ratios, dividend coverage and timing of earnings calls. If Stockcharts could embed those types of indicators and information it would be the one stop shop.

One thing that I hate with a passion is…
One thing that I hate with a passion is that it's impossible to get in touch with a human being at SC. You don't even have the support site any longer. To me, that's shameful. One thing that I'd like to see is intra or inter day scans and alerts. I know that there could be a gazillion reasons for it, but the chart updates are not in sync with the scans and alerts updates.

Some good, some not so much
The most recent upgrade to HD charts is nice & helpful, especially for the elderly users as we don't need to use reading glasses anymore to see fine charting However the cost structure is damaging for the LONGTERM users. I have been a user here for 17 years now and have never seen any "Special" cost savings package for the Long Term user. Sure you have specials for 1 year terms but that is more a "Cash Flow" generator for StockCharts than an actual savings for a long term user as our up front cost now jump over a stable Monthly fee. I would like to see some effort put towards rewarding the LT user, perhaps a % rebate when you reach a 10 yr or 15 yr level. Something that shows me I am a valued customer.

The platform is satisfactory
The platform is stable. The features are largely competitive with other charting platforms. Overall I am satisfied and have been a long term customer. On the downside, I don’t think that many of their investments in platform enhancements have been a meaningful upgrade. I provided input on what I would like to see in changes and although they said they would be considered they have not been implemented and I received no feedback on when it if they would truly be actioned.

Too many pop-ups and ads which are…
Too many pop-ups and ads which are annoying and which are making me think about whether or not to keep subscribing.

Still unable to do gradient coloring…
Still unable to do gradient coloring even though that functionality exists; some indicators that have multiple parameters dont allow user to enter custom parameters for each - eg Stochastic RSI; no ability to create custom indicators;
