I have used Stockcharts.com for a long time - maybe over 2 decades? It is my go-to charting software, and I have access to many services, including factset. Yours is easy to use and gives me what I need.

One thing that I hate with a passion is that it's impossible to get in touch with a human being at SC. You don't even have the support site any longer. To me, that's shameful. One thing that I'd like to see is intra or inter day scans and alerts. I know that there could be a gazillion reasons for it, but the chart updates are not in sync with the scans and alerts updates.

It is an extraordinary platform. In addition to the beauty of the graphics, the number of features it offers is infinite.

I like the the simplicity and the intuitive nature of the scan engine and the quality of the charts, but StockCharts is a little behind the wave when it comes to adding some of the more contemporary indicators that have come into use over the last few years. It looks like ACP2 might be addressing some of that gap and I look forward to seeing the result.

About 9 years ago I said I would try this and if I don't make enough money to pay for the membership in one month I'd be done. I'm still using it everyday. It helps me keep my win loss ratio very respectable. They continuously improve their system and offerings.

What prompted me to try Stockcharts.com was the ability to make charts as simple as a person would want with the indicators or more complex depending on the preference of the user. I really like the ability to rifle through many charts in just a short period of time looking for the right setup.I am pleased with my subscription and would recommend others give it a test run. You just might be surprised with the ease of use.
