The reason we moved to red and black capsule is to match the shade of the bottle on the outside with the color of the label ( sticker) no other reason whatsoever . another thing that should be pointed out is that we fill these capsules here at our facility the same powder which we have invented and has been our signature for over a decade so it could just be an illusion that the green capsules were better but they're not they're the same product inside the capsule that's the best way to describe what's happening thank you for your awareness of supporting American products we really appreciate it and we look forward to providing you with the best service we possibly can to ensure your full satisfaction. Sir with all due respect you order was placed late afternoon on September 11th we have barely had it five days and you complaining today is the 21st not counting the weekend that's five days and you know darn well that we don't store or stock these items they are made to order and in your order status it does mention that it takes 7 to 10 days working days to ship this product to you so it's unfortunate that you have to place a derogatory review this early To place judgment already not good not unless the purpose is to humiliate us or degrade our services unnecessarily your product is shipping today Tuesday the 21st so you should receive it by Thursday at the latest next time please abide by the time frames that we have allowed for us to manufacturer and stop ship your products before you start calling otherwise it's a waste of our time as well as yours to talk over the phone because there's nothing that we can say until the product is shipped and then may be lost in the mail or something serious is wrong with it but at this point there's nothing serious it's all going according to schedule sometime today Sir you should be getting your tracking number considering your order is being shipped today and ready expect to get it within two to three working days thank you for being a client please exercise more patience next time. If you still for any reason do not get your product by the end of the week try one of the numbers you listed above somebody should answer most of the time there's usually someone there at least one person answering phone calls I don't know when you called but obviously lines were running full steam so please minimize the cause as much as possible before the seven to 10 days have expired from the day you order your product sammy k stiff days customer service
