Product is excellent: convenient size, easy to use, well made, came with a lanyard so can be carried even when pockets are not easy to access; altogetherexactly what I needed. Delivery was quicker than expected, which I much appreciate. The oximeter was immediately put to good use. Very glad I made this purchase.

Tacky Tubing... Littmann Cardiology IV, Plum 6156 purchased 12/2019; arrived perfect condition; tubing was smooth not tacky; kept in original box in office closet until last week when I went to put it into service. Now the tubing is very tacky. The stethoscope.com rep said it might be the plasticizer leaching through and he referred me to 3m company. The 3m rep said they only replace not refund products and that is same policy for stethoscope.com. I am concerned about doing business with a company that does not guarantee and provide a refund for defective products.

I may have an issue with circulation in my fingertips. The Red Cross and doctors offices often experience some difficulty getting a reading out of pulse oximeters. The Stethoscope product lacks a shut-off for the sounding alarm. It's a minor nuisance, but there should be an off function.

Being anxious about getting COVID and having read about the usefulness of a pulse oximeter, I could t find one on the net u til I located Stethoscope. I got a high quality oximeter in a rubber case within a few days. I am very impressed and grateful for the quick response!

I am on an RT on an agency COVID assignment. I'm away from home and living in a hotel. Mt third day at work while fumbling with my gown, I (oops!) dropped my 40 year old trusty Littmann and cracked the drum head gasket. It is right there in the FAQ that stethoscopes.co does not ship to hotels but I made the order anyway and emailed customer support to see if they would help me out. Within 15 minutes, I got an email from Paul that just said "will do". Not only that, but I also got a notice that it was shipped next day. GREAT SERVICE! THANK YOU!
