I had looked at other websites for the same thing, but ultimately this website won me over due to the great reviews about the engraving. I have to say, it is exactly as I would have wanted it. It is perfect. The shipping came way sooner than expected and my stethoscope is beautiful, down to the details and everything. I am always a little skeptical of reviews, but I did my research so that you don't have to. Don't pay more somewhere else, this is the place to get what you need. I was actually sent the wrong stethoscope BUT, communication between myself and seller was great! I received the wrong stethoscope 2 days after purchasing which is pretty quick delivery to me so that was great! When I realized it was the wrong item, I emailed the company to inform them. I emailed them Friday night thinking I would get a response on Monday but I got a response Saturday morning! They apologized and stated that they will send me the correct stethoscope on Monday and I can re-send the wrong item free of charge. I received the correct item on Wednesday. I usually don't leave reviews but I am extremely satisfied with their customer service and how fast they came up with a solution. They did not question me or made me wait, they handled the problem quickly and professionally.
