It arrived in a secure package, brand new, its sounds is AMAZING!! I used it on one of my patients in the ICU auscultating bowel sounds. Everyone documented not audible bowel sounds. The acuity and preciseness of the instrument allowed me to hear bowel sounds. Definitely happy with my investment! Costumer service is stellar! My 4th Littman ♡ the gray and red is sooooo beautiful! Came in less than 5 days after ordering! Just wow.

The diaphragm ordered was correct for my stethoscope but it did not fit. Luckily I was able to use tape to make it fit and it works fine after improvising. Was disappointed but it got me through my shifts with the tape. The ear pieces worked fine. Idk think I will order from this company again.
