I am a repeat customer of Stethoscopes.com as I buy my RN daughter a new stethoscope each year for Christmas. This year, due to all the problems with shippers, etc., the first package never made it to me. I called customer service and Noel was AMAZING to put it mildly! She was so wonderful to work with and made sure that a replacement was in the mail to me right away. She even followed-up with an email written over the weekend to be sur all was well. THIS is why I will continue to be a repeat customer. Thank you for the personal touch -- this is what makes all the difference.

I purchased Welch Allyn Harvey Elite Stethoscope, Black, 28in, 5079 125S for over $200 to replace a Littman Cardiology III. I'm an experienced veterinarian and I've tried for 5 months to make this work for me. I hate to think of how many murmurs I've missed. Works semi-well for small dogs and most cats, but I find you have to find exactly the right spot before you can hear the heart well-enough to get a rate, much less any even slightly subtle heart sounds. I regularly grab a cheap monitoring stethoscope if I'm going to see anything over 25# as it works better. I'd heard great things about Welch Allyn, but if I have to spend $500 to get something that works better than my Littman, I'll stick with Littman. Package arrived in a timely fashion, engraving was correct, though I had I not engraved it, I would have returned it.

This stethoscope I ordered was a gift for my sister. So when I ordered, i did leave a note said that if you guys can, pack them a in a box that does not have a label of the brand name. At first, when I wrote that note, i assumed that maybe they could not do it for me because I could not control how they pack or what box their company uses. However, they took it seriously, they wrapped in a plain pack, they even used the sharpie to cross out their company name on the shipping label. I was so impressed and really really happy and satisfied about their service. Thay have my 5 stars definitely. Thank you so much

Great customer service! I had difficulty with the website (MY FAULT..... not theirs!) and when I called, they were extremely helpful, kind and personable! I received my two stethoscopes yesterday and both were in perfect order! My wife has been an RN for 35 years and said the Littman that I purchased for her is the best quality she has ever had. Two thumbs up for Stethoscope.com!!!!!!!
