Product is great. Customer service was even better. My package was delayed by USPS, but customer service kept in contact with me and their liaison at USPS to make sure my package arrived. Overall wonderful experience.

I received my stethoscope severely damaged but I was impressed by how quickly they responded and worked to send me another one.

Parts were great but i have one complaint, they are not delivering outside USA, as i lives in Pakistan and i had to wait several months to get parts, affecting my residency. Littman and other official stores should ensure that parts should available every where in world.

Great product with fast shipping. My product was delayed with all holiday deliveries. I called support. They researched and called me back immediately with location and a new delivery date. Package delivered on date promised. Great customer service and product quality is perfect.

Was ordering as a gift for someone else. Had to wade through a lot of choices even after putting in the exact product in the search box. Not being a doctor and not understanding lingo made it a little difficult to know if I ordered the right stuff. Otherwise, I had an excellent service in every other aspect.
