The service is FANTASTIC! I had ordered a stethoscope as a gift, It didn't arrive within a timely manor, FedEx site had it sitting at their site for 5 days and then no updates. I contacted Stethoscopes.com about lack of delivery, received an email within 2 hours, they had looked into it and sent out another stethoscope by a different carrier. It arrived in 3 days from my initial email to them. That is impressive service.
