My Littman Cardiology IV stethoscope was delivered quickly and with my name engraved on it as ordered. I'm really enjoying having my new stethoscope at work and am glad you guys were able to make that possible. Here's to many years of good use from it. Will recommend to coworkers in the future. Thank you.

Kit came quick, nice packaging, but way too expensive for what it was. Unfortunately I don't live near a medical supply store so I paid the shipping too. $29 was a lot for a piece of plastic and an O ring.

The diaphragm on my stethoscope finally broke. I needed to speak with a representative to determine the correct replacement item. She was courteous and helpful. The entire transaction took (maybe) 15 min. the item arrive in the expected time frame and was in excellent condition.
