The jewelry is nice. But…… I returned a necklace and requested a replacement in a longer length. I sent numerous emails and was told my replacement is coming, it’s been almost a month and still no replacement. Very frustrating!

The customer service and ordering process was very good. Here is why I give it a 2 star. Extremely disappointed at the size of the mini ring. It says 4 carats, its more like a 1 or 2 carat ring. Not impressed at all. As for the silver tennis necklace, not sure either as the 16 inch really fits tight, probably should have ordered an 18 inch. Will think about returning both items. Which is something I don't like doing.
